Comments: Turtle Oblonga Rescue & Rehabilitation Network (TORRN) is a Perth-based non-profit organisation dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of sick or injured oblong turtles. As the oldest living group of reptiles on earth, turtles are symbols of longevity, strength and steadfastness in many cultures. Despite surviving and evolving over 200 million years, outlasting dinosaurs, these beautiful creatures have become near extinct in recent times.
Although our primary role is turtle rescue and rehabilitation, we are equally committed to educating the community about these unseen evolutionary marvels. Community wildlife education has the potential to reduce the amount of wildlife admitted for rehabilitation. For more local contact numbers see our organisation's contact page.
If unavailable, please call the State-Wide WildCare hotline 08-9474-9055
