Comments: Northern Rivers Wildlife Carers is a locally based independent organisation that has been part of the Northern Rivers community since 1992. The group covers Ocean Shores in the north to New Italy in the south, from Byron Bay in the east to Tabulam in the west. It does not cover the Tweed Valley. This is one of the largest areas covered by any wildlife caring group in NSW. Northern Rivers Wildlife Carers is licensed by the Department of Environment and Heritage and is a member of the NSW Wildlife Council. We rescue and rehabilitate all wildlife.
