Comments:
Bohollow Wildlife Shelter Inc. is a registered voluntary 24hr rescue service which rescues, rehabilitates and releases native wildlife back into their natural environment. Consisting of two registered voluntary wildlife shelters, each privately owned and operated by experienced wildlife carers, we are skilled in all areas of wildlife rescue, rehabilitation and release. We understand that finding injured or orphaned wildlife can often be a stressful experience for people, especially if the animal is severely injured.
Our Kotupna shelter is privately owned and operated by Deb Fowler. Deb specialises in all mammals, particularly macropods, possums, gliders and bats. The shelter facilities accommodate all mammal species as well as many bird species.
Our Bunbartha shelter is privately owned and operated by Kirsty Ramadan. Kirsty specialises in birds, bats, reptiles and echidnas. The shelter facilities accommodate all of these species and is particularly designed to rehabilitate birds of prey.
